Project objectives

The aim of this project is to develop a comprehensive synthesis of academic and practical knowledge related to digital twins (DT) and assess their potential relevance and impact a crisis and preparedness perspective.

The project aims to:

  • Identify the vital services most suitable for use by digital twins.
  • Map key factors to consider across the digital twin lifecycle.
  • Assess the potential of using digital twins to identify, assess and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities in critical infrastructure and services.
