Industrial Project Management

For all that would like to enhance their industrial project management capabilities.

About the course

This course gives you the required knowledge and tools for efficient execution of projects in an industrial context. It doesn’t matter if you work in product development, with improvements in production, in an administrative project or with implementation of a new document management system. The principles and tools are generic and adapted for you in the role as project manager. The course is developed in an industrial context based on latest research and input from cooperating companies.

The course provides basic knowledge and skills for industrial project management. It includes all critical elements that are required for those that are interested to further develop their capabilities and later be a certified project manager in line with PMI/IPMA. The course also covers organisation aspects of project management, such as knowledge management, leadership, communication and decision-making.
