PhD, reader/senior lecturer
I work with teaching and research in pedagogy since 2000 at Mälardalen University. My dissertation, Medborgaren som pedagogiskt projekt [Citizen as a pedagogic project] discussed how education can support citizen action. Teaching and course development is mostly undertaken with Initial and Further Teacher Education and School leader program, but also within single courses such as evaluation. Further on, I often work with assignments concerning evaluation.
My foremost research interest is change processes and in what way individuals, organizations and structures affect these processes (assessment, decisionmaking, steering). I study the roles, identities we ascribe ourselves and other ascribe us (teacher, citizen, european) within different context (formal and informal learning context, working life, public space) on different levels (individual, group, organization, society)
