At the Student Health Care, we offer all students counselling, free of charge.
In counselling we focus on your overall well-being. You can come to us if you feel sad, worried, or are experiencing anxiety and need someone to talk to. It can be because of different kinds of difficulties related to studies, stress or pressure to perform in school. It can also be due to a life crisis, or relationship problems. If it would turn out that what we offer can’t meet your needs, we can instead guide you to the help you need.
Dialogue about health and life
In a conversation about life and health, we will explore your well-being together by having a closer look at your lifestyle and habits, including sleep, food, physical activity, alcohol and tobacco. You will have the opportunity to do a fitness test as well as create a lifestyle profile. We will also go through any questions you may have about your health and how it can affect your studies.
We offer support in the event of serious incidents, such as death or accidents, affecting individual students or groups of students. You will receive support both in connection to and following the incident.
