Introduction to Algebraic Geometry and Groebner Basis

Abstract:

In the focused course of lectures, I will provide the basics of algebraic geometry, including ideals of polynomials, algebraic varieties and their relationships. Moreover, Groebner basis will be described with several applications.

Basics on Algebraic Geometry and Gröbner Basis

Abstract:

The aim of the lectures is to provide the basics of algebraic geometry including polynomials, ideals algebraic varieties, Groebner Basis and Nullstelensatz Theorem. Moreover, we show the correspondence between algebraic and geometric objects and perform computations using a computer algebra system in various cases and problems.
