Conditions for sustainable working life and competence supply
The research group conducts interdisciplinary research concerning different aspects of working life, including management and leadership and working conditions, and its consequences for core operations and employee health and well-being. Intervention and implementation research are important areas, not least to achieve both new knowledge and sustainable change in practice.
