Conditions for sustainable working life and competence supply

The research group conducts interdisciplinary research concerning different aspects of working life, including management and leadership and working conditions, and its consequences for core operations and employee health and well-being. Intervention and implementation research are important areas, not least to achieve both new knowledge and sustainable change in practice.

Research focus

Necessary conditions for provision of long term competence in different sectors of working life and conditions for a sustainable working life from a welfare and ethnic and gender diversity perspective. 


Provide evidence base and knowledge about conditions for successful recruiting and decrease of turnover among personnel, about conditions of sustainable working life and about connectivity between labor force and competence supply and demand for labor from a welfare and diversity perspective.
