Welcome to Energy Efficiency and Emissions Mitigation – a part of the Future Energy Center (FEC) within EST (School of Business, Society, and Engineering) at MDH.

Within Energy Efficiency and Emissions Mitigation, research and development are conducted of energy efficient processes, systems and cities with low CO2 emissions.

We focus on:

  • Smart building with production and storage of power and heat
  • Smart grid systems
  • New price mechanisms
  • Metering and service for energy efficiency
