About me – Esin Iplik
I am a doctoral student within the SOFIA (Simulation and Optimization for Future Industrial Applications) research group in the Future Energy Center (FEC) at Mälardalen University, Sweden. My research covers the oil and gas industry of the FUDIPO (Future Directions for Process industry Optimization) project, funded by EU.
I have completed my undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at Middle East Technical University, Turkey. I hold a MSc degree from TU Dortmund, Germany with specialization in Process Systems Engineering. The focus of my master thesis was metabolic modelling, in collaboration with RWTH Aachen and advanced control structures within a project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
