We live in a "projectified" world which means that the projecthas become more common as a form of organizing. This means that "project" as a concept has been redefined, and that traditional tools and methods for managing projects no longer always work. In our study we are proposing the terms goal-oriented and goal-seeking to describe the modes that project can be in. The these two modes require different kinds of project management and involves different kinds of challenges for the project manager.
Based on this knowledge, the book Project Management has been published. A new and updated (Swedish) version of this book will be released during 2019.
