Can team coaching affect psychosocial climate for increased health and efficiency?

Aim of the study

This study aims to explore the influence of team coaching as a practice based innovation process on psychosocial safety climate (PSC). The effects are hypothesized to also lead to improved levels self-reported health and performance.

Research questions

RRQ 1: Will team coaching positively impact PSC.
RQ 2: Will the improvements in PSC positively affect well-being and performance.
RSQ 3: Has there been an increase in ‘open reporting’ of work related health risks, near misses and illnesses in the organisation.
RSQ 4: Is the PSC tool valid in the Swedish working environment.
