  • The aim of the project is to explore the possibilities of increasing the prerequisites for innovation-oriented work as a part of lean-production, and further, support the industrial partners’ innovation capabilities as part of respectively lean production-system.

  • The goal of the research project is to develop a hardware and software modular system that allows production workers to easily build and implement simple and low-cost IoT-aided improvement solutions at the production shop floor.

  • Through the PROMPT project, we intend to establish a national training initiative with the goal of ensuring the supply of software-related advanced skills and innovation to Swedish industry.

  • Increased digitalization creates completely new opportunities for speed and flexibility in the supply chains.
