  • The goal of the ESS-H profile is that academia and industry together achieve a significant increase in research in the area of embedded sensor systems for health performed at Mälardalen University and participating companies, and that ESS-H is established as a nationally leading and an internationally renowned research center for embedded sensor systems for health.

  • ITS-EASY is an industrial research school in Embedded Software and Systems, affiliated with the School of Innovation, Design and Engineering (IDT) at Mälardalen University (MDH), as an integrated part of the MDH strategic research area Embedded Systems (ES).

  • Increased digitalization creates completely new opportunities for speed and flexibility in the supply chains.   • The makeITrail project is concerned with developing new methods and technologies to further integrate the value chain of the railway manufacturing sector in Sweden. In doing so, we need to strengthen the supplier-producer-consumer relationship and connect the local suppliers with the wider international supply chain.
