Internal Logistics in Industry 4.0
If your company want to be competitive in internal logistics by adopting industry 4.0 technologies and techniques, this course should be your next step.
About the course
With this course, your company and your employees will have an opportunity to analyze limitations and challenges of your current internal logistics processes and systems and identify potential ways to improve the design of internal logistics by selecting suitable industry 4.0 technologies and techniques.
The course is part of a 7,5 hp course package called, Digital-enabled Production, which has been developed in Vinnova-funded KIT project in collaboration with University of West (HV) and Linnaeus University (LNU). The other two following courses are:
- Virtual Factory and Robot Cell Simulation (2,5 hp; run by HV)
- Data Acquisition and Monitoring (2,5 hp; run by LNU)
Entry requirements
A completed Bachelor's degree from an institution of higher education of three years or more, equivalent to 180 credits, within the fields of Technology/Engineering. In addition, English course A/English course 6 is required.

No academic qualifications?
The course require that you have previous academies studies, but we validate work experience to assess if you have the knowledge that is equal to the eligibility requirements for the course.
If you don’t have the formal qualifications required, please send in a certificate of employment (current or previous) and a CV/Description of competence that describes your educational and professional background. Please include a short description of your work experience, not only the work title.
