MDU is one of Sweden’s foremost HEIs when it comes to collaboration. Together with the public and private sectors, the University contributes with its education and research towards the development of society. But your support is needed. Please contact MDU if you would like to know more.
Together with some of Sweden’s largest companies, such as ABB and Volvo, research is carried out which contributes towards the development of society both nationally and internationally. Thanks to its close collaboration with for example the municipalities and the regions in Sörmland and Västmanland and Sparbanken Rekarne, the University takes on joint responsibility for creating value and benefit to society.
MDU has an important role in supporting the private and public sectors by ensuring that the workforce of the future is educated, and developing research that makes a difference to Swedish industry, society and people. MDU contributes towards the improved wellbeing of people and the Earth being more sustainable.
Within MDU there are several strong fields of research that are directly crucial for Sweden’s growth and competitiveness. Now the University wants to intensify this work and develop its research. But your involvement is important and your support is needed – together we will strengthen our region.
