Scanning of multiple sources and evaluation with emphasis on web-based sources. Research basics (covering texts, digital media and real world observations). Techniques and tools, for instance the 7-step model for Business Intelligence and trend spotting, PEST analysis combined with reflections. The course aims to introduce a trend conscious mindset as a vital step in the innovation process.
