Mälardalen University, in collaboration with Koneo AB has developed a common print management system for staff and students at the Mälardalen University, the print management system is called Printo.
Printo consists of MFP (Multifunction printer), which all belongs to a productfamily from Koneo AB and a printer client on each computer beloning to MDH, called "PrintAnyWhere".
With "PrintAnyWhere" means that a student or staff send their printing to the system and can, then go to any
subsequently elected, Multifunction Printers and pick up their print job. This means that the printer does
not need to be selected when printing from your computer. If a multifunction printer is out of service for
any reason another Multifunction Printers nearby can be chosen instead.

All students that will use the Printo need a University-card with built-in Mifare-Chip, an active student account, a student e-mail at Mälardalen University and a PayEx account.
If you as a student want to use scan in Printo, you also need an SkyDrive-account.
All staff that will use the Printo need a University-card with built-in Mifare-Chip, and an active computer account at Mälardalen University.

New student: Be sure to register whit your MDH student e-mail (userID@student.mdh.se) on PayEx, otherwise you don´t get any connection between PayEx and Printo. Be sure to check your student e-mail or mobile phone for activation code from PayEx.
