The Student Ombudsman

The ombudsman is impartial in relation to the students and the University and helps students that has been treated unfairly, that has been harassed or discriminated or students that have general questions about student rights.

 

What the Student Ombudsman does

  • Listens to and discuss questions and opinions which relate to university activities
  • Offers support and guidance to students in terms of their obligations and rights
  • Helps student in their contacts with MDH and its staff
  • Helps students who find themselves discriminated
  • Guides students who are investigated by the disciplinary board
