Log in to your library:

Your BOOK-IT-account

Here you can keep an eye on your due dates, renew your loans and check your reservations.
You will need a library card number/ social security number and a PIN code.

Renew your loans

Check the box (Renewal) by the chosen book, click "Renew". Books with reservations cannot be renewed.

An e-mail reminding you shortly before the due date

To activate this function:

1. Log in to the online catalog BOOK-IT, click the link "Personal data" from the menu, thereafter "Change your data".
2. Check the box for "Overdue warning" (at the bottom of the webpage).
3. Please check that your e-mail address is correct and active.
4. Click "Save".

How to make reservations

You can make your reservations in the online catalog BOOK-IT if you have a PIN-code activated in your library account.

1. Open BOOK-IT.
2. Search and find the book of your choice.
3. Click "Reserve".
4. Sign in for reservation: enter your library card number or social security number and your PIN code.
5. Choose the library premises where you wish to collect the book.
6. If you wish, choose an end date for the reservation (not compulsory).
7. Click "OK".

Change your PIN code

1. Open the online catalog BOOK-IT.
2. Choose "Personal data" from the menu.
3. Click "Change PIN code".
4. Enter library card number or social security numer and your PIN code.
5. Enter a new PIN code.
6. Confirm new PIN code.
7. Click "OK".
8. Click "Exit" in order to terminate your personal transactions.
