Towards a framework for managing speed of change
Objective
- Contribute to an increased understanding of what an effective improvement work approach is within a production system including evaluation of the progress of the improvement work – speed of change.
Current status
- Published papers; ”Transitioning radical improvement to continuous improvement” and ”Towards a holistic perspective on production system improvement”.
- Ongoing analysis of study 3 which is a case study of the holistic perspective on production system improvement including evaluation of speed of change.
Planned activities
- Q3 and Q4 2013: Write paper 3, summarize all results, perform a literature study, write licentiate thesis. Present licentiate thesis in the beginning of Q1 2014.
