Objectives
- The aim of the project is to investigate how development efficiency can be increased by finding the right balance and linkages between the three areas of internal efficiency, external effectiveness, and process improvements.
Current status
- A literature study has been performed as well as a case study within a lead time reduction project at Bombardier.
Planned activities
- Focused case study.
- Further delimitations of the research subject.
