The Committee for Sustainable Development
The Committee for Sustainable Development was formed during 2012 and replaces the previous committees for Equal Opportunities and Working Environment and will also comprise MDH’s environmental work.
The thought behind the new way of organising this work is to strengthen the issues of working environment, environment and equal opportunities at MDH by better coordination – and thereby also strengthening the quality.
The matters and questions that have been raised in the previously separate committees have often had points in common. Through the new committee the work will be coordinated and the questions can be dealt with in one context.
The committee will meet about six times per year and it is this body that will ensure that the decisions made and the work carried out at MDH are sustainable from an environmental, working environmental and equal opportunities perspective.
