Since 2006, Mälardalen University has a certified working environment according to OHSAS 18001. This means that abiding by the rules that are currently in force constitutes our minimum level of ambition and that we strive for a continuous improvement of our activities. Every other year, the university conducts surveys to measure work climate and job satisfaction and to develop plans of action for continuous improvement.
