The basic idea of all work to promote equality at the University is that it permeates every aspect of everyday life at the University.

Everyone contributes by integrating equality aspects into their everyday conduct and by treating their fellow human beings with respect and consideration. Managers and team leaders have a special responsibility for taking initiatives for and actively working to promote equality and equal opportunities.
