Application for public defence of dissertation
A doctoral student who wishes to publicly defend his/her dissertation must apply for this on the form called "Ansökan om disputation", at least ten weeks before the planned day of the public defence.
The completed application must be submitted to the research coordinator at the student’s school, who forwards it to the Division of Education and Research Administration, UFO.
A revised ISP, a Swedish summary of the dissertation and, where applicable, a list of the research papers to be compiled must be attached to the application.
The decision on the defence of the dissertation is taken by the Dean.
