Introduction Days, starting on Wednesday Aug. 25 at 9 am in Västerås campus, room Omega. Programs will be available there and at the Information Desk.

Official start of fall semester 2010. Most courses given in study period #1 will start during the first week of the fall semester.

Start of processing of applications for Spring Semester 2011 (also 'Summer' Semester 2011).
Online application form will be available on the web site.

Closing date for applications for Spring Semester 2011.

Late Oct., '10
When a Complete Application has arrived a Letter of Acceptance will be sent out to the Exchange Student (mainly from outside Europe) who needs to apply for visa and residence permit for Sweden.

End of Nov., '10
Letters of Acceptance will be sent out to European Exchange Students (Erasmus, Nordplus) admitted for spring semester 2011 (and whose Complete Applications have arrived).

Early Dec. '10
Bostad Västerås will start to send out offers of accommodation to applicants.

Preliminary course schedules for the coming spring semester will be available on the University's web site.

Exam period at the end of the fall semester.

Information about courses available for incoming exchange students for academic year 2011/2012 will be published on the University's web site.

Opening for applications for academic year 2011/2012.
Online application form will become available on the web site.

Closing date for applications for academic year 2011/2012, full year or fall('winter') semester. Late applications arriving before June 1st will be processed but with risk for delay.
