Application to courses and programmes offered at Mälardalen University is done through studera.nu, the official website for applying to higher education in Sweden.
Studera.nu is administered by the Swedish National Agency for Higher Education in cooperation with the National Admissions office to Higher Education.
In these pages, you will find a thorough description of procedures to be followed during the application process.
Starting with the academic year 2011/2012, students who are citizens of countries outside the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, are required to pay application fee and tuition fee for studies in Sweden.
But there are exceptions from the rule. See what applies to you!
Mälardalen University will continue to build up its own grant fund for highly qualified students in close cooperation with our existing partners both national and international. As a complement, the Swedish government has introduced two grant programmes in order to make the Swedish higher education institutions even more attractive.
